Meet the Agent: Stacey Gravatt

Meet Stacey Gravatt: Bringing a Heart of Service to Real Estate

We’re proud to introduce Stacey Gravatt, a dedicated real estate agent with Olympic SIR who has been a part of the Olympia community for nearly three decades. With a background in customer service and small business ownership, Stacey brings a unique blend of experience and a heart of service to her role, helping clients find or sell their dream homes in the South Sound.

A Passion for Service and Real Estate

Stacey’s journey to real estate was inspired by her desire to try something new after becoming an empty nester. “I’ve always been in customer service and was a small business owner for over 10 years,” she explains. “I was ready for a shift, and I had always been curious about real estate.” Encouraged by her longtime friend and fellow agent, Stacey made the leap into the real estate industry. She found it to be the perfect fit for her passion for helping people.

“I have a heart of service, and I’m passionate about ensuring my clients receive exceptional customer service,” Stacey says. “Real estate hit the spot for what I was looking for.”

Favorite Olympia Neighborhoods

When it comes to the unique neighborhoods in Olympia, Stacey is particularly fond of those surrounding Olympia High School. She particularly loves the Carlyon and Braemar neighborhoods. “There’s an active buzz in the area, and it’s so special to live in a community where you can walk your kids to school.” Stacey is drawn to the walkability and the proximity to local favorites like Vic’s Pizza, Spuds, and Humble Cow.

Life Beyond Real Estate

Outside of the office, Stacey is an avid animal lover and enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Russell and Zo Zo. She is passionate about a variety of activities, including hiking, paddleboarding, and golfing.

When she’s not working or spending time outdoors, Stacey enjoys traveling, especially to destinations with a beach. Her love of home decorating also ties into her passion for real estate, as she believes even small changes can make a big difference in how a space feels.

Favorite Spots in Olympia

Stacey has a few favorite local spots she loves to recommend. True Self Yoga, Sweet Magnolia Coffee Co in Tumwater, and Valentinas Restaurant downtown are some places that Stacey frequents regularly. “And in the summer, Boston Harbor is a great place for paddleboarding and enjoying their Friday night music series,” she adds. Stacey also encourages people to take advantage of nearby landmarks like Ruby Beach, the Hoh Rain Forest, and Leavenworth, noting their beauty and proximity to Olympia.

Serving with Heart and Dedication

For Stacey, the most rewarding part of her job is being there for her clients during such an important time in their lives. “Guiding and educating people along the way, building relationships, and providing a top-tier concierge service is so rewarding,” she says. “I love helping clients realize what they really want in a home—sometimes you don’t always know until you start looking.”

Stacey's participation in Olympic SIR's "Ninja Designation" emphasizes Stacey's commitment to furthering her real estate knowledge and education, and brings added value to her clients. Her best-in-class service extends far beyond the transaction. “I’m not just here to sell you a house, I’m here to help after the transaction as well and throughout the home-owning process,” Stacey emphasizes. “At the end of the journey, I hope my client feels more like a friend than a client.”

Stacey is also dedicated to giving back to her community. She serves on the board of the Strophy Foundation and continues to volunteer her time at Joint Animal Services and The Community Kitchen.

Committed to Excellence

“I think one of my strengths is being able to relate to people,” Stacey says. “I grind hard to maintain my reputation and strong work ethic, and I always want to be a breath of fresh air in what can be a stressful or heavy situation.”

With her heart for service, dedication to her clients, and love for the greater South Sound community, Stacey Gravatt is a real estate agent who strives to make every client’s experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. “Excellent customer service is 100% the most important thing to me and my business,” she says.
