Meet the Agent: Lori Rashoff

Meet Lori Rashoff: A Lewis County Native and Real Estate Expert

Lori Rashoff is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 30 years of experience, deeply rooted in the heart of Lewis County. Raised in the Silver Creek area, Lori’s journey into real estate began unexpectedly, but it has shaped her successful career. After high school, she worked in her family’s restaurant and hotel for 17 years, managing vacation rentals and ensuring they were ready for guests. Looking back, she says, "I didn’t know it at the time, but I was already doing real estate—it was just in a different form." This early experience ignited her passion, which led to her pursuing her real estate license.

Since then, Lori has thrived in the industry and continues to serve the community that has always been home to her.

A Deep Connection to Lewis County

Silver Creek has been Lori's home since 1972, and she has a special fondness for the area. Throughout her career, she has maintained close relationships with the local residents, many of whom were once customers at her family’s restaurant and are now her real estate clients. This connection to her community has been a driving force in her career, and she treasures being able to help multiple generations of families.

Lori holds a special place in her heart for neighborhoods like Silver Creek and Mossyrock, which have remained tight-knit over the years. "I love that it’s a close community where people still wave and honk when they pass by," Lori says. "Everyone knows everyone, and they're always ready to lend a helping hand."

Life Outside of Real Estate

When she’s not busy helping clients, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of Lewis County’s natural beauty. One of her favorite pastimes during the warmer months is floating on Lake Mayfield. She’s also an avid reader, dedicating a few hours each day to reading. "Reading takes your mind off everything else—it’s a great escape," she says.

Lori’s family is also heavily involved in local sports. Her son coaches high school girls’ basketball, and Lori enjoys attending games and supporting her grandchildren in their own sports activities. Family is an important part of Lori’s life, and she takes pride in being part of a community where those bonds are strong.

Exploring the Hidden Gems of Lewis County

Lori is a big fan of the hidden treasures that make Lewis County special. She loves Riffe Lake and Mayfield Lake, both of which offer stunning views, boating, and fishing. She also enjoys spending time at Swofford Pond, a serene fishing spot that’s perfect for unwinding. For a scenic adventure, Lori recommends a drive up Highway 12 over White Pass, where you can take in breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier, Mt. Saint Helens, and Mt. Adams. "The scenery is beautiful year-round, whether you’re fishing in the summer or skiing in the winter," Lori notes.

Building Trust with Clients

For Lori, helping clients find or sell their dream homes is more than just a job—it’s a privilege. She takes pride in the trust her clients place in her during significant life transitions. "People buy or sell at the high points or low points of their lives, and it’s an honor to be trusted to help them during those times," she says. Whether working with first-time buyers or families looking to downsize, Lori is committed to providing the support and expertise her clients need.

Having lived in Lewis County for most of her life, Lori’s unique community ties and wealth of experience allow her to connect with clients on a deeper level. She’s helped multiple generations of families navigate the real estate market, and that connection is something she values immensely.

Committed to Giving Back

Lori’s commitment to her community extends beyond real estate. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and actively supports local charities alongside her family. "We always try to give back to our community because we care about the people and families here," she says. Her desire to support those around her is just another way Lori strengthens the bonds she’s built in Lewis County.
