Meet Jesse Heberlein, born and raised in Tumwater, Jesse attended Black Hills High School and graduated from Saint Martin’s University this year. Jesse has been family friends with Tommy Lowe for many years, so it was the natural choice when the opportunity came to work with Team Lowe after he graduated.

Jesse grew up learning the construction business with his family, Heberlein Construction. Over the years he has gained experience in almost every aspect of the business; from accounting and running budgets, to labor and finish work. It was early on in his college career that Jesse saw real estate as a career path and started taking steps to get his real estate license, ultimately obtaining his license a year before graduating college.

Jesse had his first hands on experience with real estate when his parents bought a house a few years ago. It wasn’t quite your typical real estate transaction, his parents were buying a home For Sale By Owner and were using owner financing rather than going through traditional financing. Jesse acquired first-hand knowledge of a type of transaction many agents rarely see. This experience sparked his desire to pursue real estate, seeing the positive impact he could have while assisting his family and knowing he could have the same positive impact working with others in the South Sound community.

Jesse's desire to learn, his eagerness to help people and his ability to connect with his clients will take him a long way as he begins his career in real estate.
