Meet Sue Smith. Sue was born and raised in the San Louis Obispo area on the central coast of California. She moved to Olympia in the early 1980’s and has grown to love the Pacific Northwest over all of these years. Sue has been married to her husband Dale for almost 32 years and they have raised three adult children together. She has been working in real estate for a total of 6 years, having the opportunity to represent clients in both property management and residential real estate.

Sue is extremely committed to her clients and her work shows it. She loves hunting down the perfect home for her clients. Sue works so hard that her out-of-area clients have previously entrusted her with choosing paint and carpet for listings. Also, because she has had the unique experience of focusing on property management for a portion of her career, she understands exactly what buyers need in order to be successful.

When Sue isn’t working, she likes to spend her time volunteering and working in the community. She and her husband Dale have been volunteering for the Tumwater school district for over ten years. They also enjoy participating in local run clubs, and hiking, biking and a couple of wine clubs as well. Sue also absolutely loves spending time in her garden and she just recently purchased a national show horse which she plans to begin to show next year.
