A familiar face with a new title. Matt Guile isn’t new to Greene Realty, but newer to the agent side of the business. Matt joined Greene in 2016 as the Marketing Director after working as a content creator and project manager for a local production company NewSpin. The role as Marketing Director was a natural fit for him, with more than 15 years of experience in both professional and creative endeavors. The end of 2019 and the start of 2020 was a new chapter for Matt, as he pursued his real estate license and began working with Justin Hjelm. The opportunity to work closely with experienced agents has been invaluable and has given Matt a keen eye for his clients, whether it be first-time home buyers, investors, or vacant land.

A business model focused on the community and stepping up to help his clients how every they need. Currently serving on the board of directors for The Bridge Music Project and the Washington State Youth Conservation Camps, and sits on the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals committee.

When there is downtime you can find Matt spending time with his fiancé Brittany, walking their dog Rhea, and enjoying all that Washington has to offer, appreciating our beautiful Pacific Northwest forests, the Puget Sound coastline, and the best local restaurants in the Thurston County area.
