Meet Kevin Lynch. Kevin was born in Southern California and moved to Olympia in 1998 with his soon-to-be wife Jill, and their three dogs. Kevin has been working in real estate for an impressive total of 25 years, first with Coldwell Banker for fourteen years, and currently with Greene Realty for the past eleven.

“I plan to be a realtor for life!”

Kevin’s favorite and most rewarding role, is as a father. He and Jill raised three active children, a son and two daughters. His three children are now young adults ranging in ages from 22 to 28, but he’s still all about being Dad. It’s true the days of full time parenting may have passed, yet there is always ample room in Kevin’s schedule and heart to talk with his kids about anything.

“Parenting doesn’t stop.”

It was Jill who suggested that Kevin consider going into real estate all those years ago. Early on, Kevin realized that this profession was about creating and cultivating relationships that would last a lifetime and beyond. After working in the real estate business for 25 years, families remember the way Kevin treated them, and when it’s time for the right-sized home, Kevin is ready to help.

“I have made play my work and work my play. I’m a little old fashioned, but I love what I do.”
